Our email address is no secret. It's been the same since we started...

Don't be shy about emailing. Just keep a few things in mind, because we get TONS of email at this one address.
- Subject lines really help us out. If you lost the download links to your order, that makes a perfect subject line. Or if you aren't sure which tutorials to buy, you can say that.
- Keep it simple. Pretend your email is a tweet. Short and sweet. Why? Because in this modern age, if we can respond quickly from an iPhone, we will. Long emails aren't easily answered on-the-go, and surely you want a fast answer.
- If you have a technical question that isn't too specific to one of our products, let's save those for a site like StackOverflow and you can simply email us a link to any unanswered questions. That way we get to interact a bit with the community , and your problem will probably get answered sooner (and possibly from someone more knowledgeable).

Let's get connected! If you want to simply say "hi" or ask us an off-the-wall question, or wax philosophical on the state of things, then let's do it through a social network and involve everyone willing to listen. Just remember if you have a real problem, like you need help ordering a product or have an issue after an order, use email for that.
Tweet it up. You can find us twittering away @cartoonsmart. Reply to us, or send us a DM, I'm sure we'll notice it.
Facebook. We just launched our Facebook fan page ("just" meaning June 2012), so feel free to Like Us or Friend Us. We could always use more friends.
Blog Comments. We read those of course. Drop us a line on any of our articles. Links to all three blogs are in the header.
Stack Overflow. Like we mentioned above, StackOverflow.com is a great site for getting almost any technical question answered right away with or without our insight. If you post up something interesting that you think we should chime in on, send us an email to the posting, and we'll take a look.
